Pallini Limoncello is a natural liqueur that has been crafted by the Pallini family in Italy since 1875. It is made from prized, Sfusato lemons, exclusive to the Amalfi coast. The handpicked lemons are infused immediately, so their freshness and flavor is delivered in every bottle. Its versatility is almost endless – enjoy it neat, on the rocks, straight from the fridge, or mixed into cocktails and food recipes. For a crisp and authentic taste of Italy, none can compare!

All natural process

1. Lemon harvest

Pallini Limoncello is made using non-pesticide Sfusato Amalfitano lemons, which translates to the “Amalfi spindle,” referring to their unique shape. These large and heavy lemons are hand harvested, then walked through steep hills for immediate transport to the distillery.

2. Peeling

Peels are vacuum-sealed and used within 24 hours after harvest. It’s important to peel the zest from the lemons without the white bitter pith. Our process ensures only the yellow “lemony” part of the lemon is used for our limoncello.

3. Infusion

The peels are then soaked in pure alcohol made only from natural molasses sugarbeets. The liquid is then sweetened with Italian sugarbeet sugar, and combined with additional lemon oils, a flavorful extra step unique to Pallini.

4. Bottling

The final liqueur is lightly color stabilized for consistency before bottling. Our limoncello is naturally gluten free and has a Kosher certificate.

Peachcello
A peach liqueur made from luscious white peaches grown in the verdant orchards of Emilia Romagna. Only peaches that have reached their peak of flavor are used to make this liqueur. Its exquisite bouquet creates a sense of Italian summertime anytime, anywhere!

Raspicello
A raspberry liqueur made from wild raspberries grown in the mountains of Abruzzi. The basic raspberry liqueur recipe is taken up a notch with the addition of local blueberries and black currants, which combined also with the juice of chokeberries, result in a liqueur with unparalleled complexity and depth of flavor

 

AMALFI MULE

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 oz Pallini Limoncello
  • ½ oz Lemon juice
  • One strawberry
  • 4 Basil leaves
  • 2 oz Gosling’s Ginger Beer
METHOD: Muddle the strawberry and basil, add the remaining ingredients (except the Gosling’s  Ginger Beer) shake well and strain into ice filled glass. Top with Gosling’s Ginger beer.  Garnish with basil leaf.

PALLINI SPRITZ

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 oz Pallini Limoncello
  • 2 oz Prosecco 
  • 2 oz Sparkling water
  • Orange peel
METHOD: Add all the ingredients in a large wine glass filled with ice and garnish with orange peel.
